- The WRPL kicked off its biggest show of the year with a Rookie Showcase Match. There were four Rookies that haven't competed yet in the WRPL and we pitted them all against each other to see what they got! There were some very impressive numbers here, Thomas Phoenixx Brewington racked up a total of 39 points! The most out of anyone in the entire show! Now that is what you call proving a point! Brewington defeated tmgking (who also had an impressive 25 points), Rabbethan, & IhasAshuvel with a final score of (39~25~15~-23).

- Next we had a rematch planned from WRPL Destination X, the 2-0 Super_Nova took on the 0-1 Macho Trashyman! And just like their match at WRPL Destination X it was a blow out! Super_Nova got the victory with a tally of 23 to -9! Super_Nova improve to 3-0 staying undefeated while Macho Trashyman remains winless.

- Then we had a triple threat match between BAM SOMEONE CALL 911, Styles Clash, and TheRickDaddy. This match was a toss up going into it with no one having a clear advantage statistic wise but when it was all said and done TheRickDaddy sent a message to everyone on the WRPL roster that he was the real deal when he put up a whooping 25 points to get the victory here with the scores 25 to 7 (BAM) to 1 (Clash).

- A WRPL annual event was up next, the Money in the Bank Match! The winner is awarded a World Title shot any time he wishes within the next year! This match had veterans and rookies, nobody knew what to expect! In order to win you had to get 5 consecutive picks correct but if no one did then it would rely on points! And that is exactly what happened, no one got 5 picks in a row correct and it all came down to the scores. Bombstriker led the pack with a total of 9 points! wyldflamez and Vince McMahon finished with 3 points, BigMouth and Coach G both finished with 1 point, and destructor ended up with a total of -19 points. So Bombstriker has that briefcase in his possession and can use it any time he wishes!

- The WRPL Tag Team Champions were on the line next in one epic 2v2v2 tag match. Each team had one partner that has been a former World Champion, and each team has already held the Tag Titles! But when there were doubters misterCraig & EvanCrowley silenced them by taking a commanding win with a total of 30 points. The final tally was 30 to 16 (PI) to 6 (Chris & Will).

- Up next was a singles match for the vacant WRPL Internet Championship. Rico earned his shot back at No Way Out by winning the Elimination Chamber Match and Ben Kerin earned this match by defeated wyldflamez in a singles match at Destination X! Neither man has held a title and tonight someone was going to walk away a first time champion! And that man happened to be Rico! Rico's hot streak continued to roll as he snuck the victory out from under Ben Kerin with a victory of 1 point to -5 points! Rico was crowned your new WRPL Internet Champion.

- In the main event of the evening team mates Chris and Will battled it out for the biggest prize there is today, the WRPL World Championship! Chris was the clear favorite in this one since he has the outstanding record and experience in the main event, but Will would not have any of that. Will knew he had what it took to defeat Chris, and that is exactly what took place!!! Will defied all the odds and statistics and toppled the giant in the main event on the grandest stage of them all! Will not only made history by winning the first main event at WRPL Wrestlemania, but he completed the dream of winning every WRPL major championship, the World, Internet, and Tag Team Titles. The final score in the main event was 9 to -3.

- This was a highly unpredictable event and it lived up to the hype! We saw two new champions in Will and Rico, we saw what might be the true future of the WRPL in Thomas Phoenixx Brewington by scoring more points than anyone, and we saw superstars take the first step towards greatness by reigning victorious as WRPL Wrestlemania I. This event will not be forgotten, and lets hope next years will be just as huge!

- Chris Vs. Will
-- The current World Champion versus, the 2008 Royal Rumble Winner, Will!!!

-- These two men obviously have what it takes to be in the main event but how fitting is it that both of these tag team partners will be facing off one on one at the grandest stage of them all, WRPL Wrestlemania! In a show where both men can be walking out the WRPL Tag Team Champions these two will battle it out for the crown jewel of the WRPL, the World Championship.

-- Chris, a man that is no stranger to the World Title, already capturing it on three different occasions within a year will put his pride and knowledge on the line as well as the gold. Chris not only has held the title more times than anyone else, he also holds the longest title run of 84 days as the Champ. A feat that no WRPL Champion has yet to do. With Chris only winning the title from Vince McMahon back at Destination X on the 9th, you know he doesn't want to have this title run limited.
- By the Numbers: Chris has an outstanding record of 10-1-3 at WWE Pay-Per-Views, clearly an awesome percentage. It is safe to say that this man knows his World Wrestling Entertainment, he will also be walking in with 240 total combined points for WWE shows! With these kinds of numbers backing the current champ nothing but fear and desperation will result from his competitor.

-- Will, a man who defeated 11 other men in one night to be crowned the first Royal Rumble winner, will get his first shot at the WRPL World Championship. Will of course is no stranger to gold as well just losing the WRPL Internet Championship due to an unexpected no-show at Destination X. The where abouts of Will are currently in question seeing how he hasn't even signed on since No Way Out. But if Will does show up for this epic main event he stands a great chance against the immovable Chris. With Will holding the tag straps in the past with his oppoent at Wrestlemania you would at least assume that he can predict which way Chris will be making his predictions. Will looked to be on his way on passing Bombstriker for the longest Internet Title reign but after missing the show he locked in at dead even with Bombstriker at 42 total days as the champ. Will has what it takes to win, the question is, will he be there for the big one?
- By the Numbers: Will's WWE Pay-Per-View records doesn't stand up to Chris's, Will is 3-2-1 at WWE shows. The number that really looks grim for Will is that his combined WWE show score is 32. Only 32 points in 6 matches isn't something to look forward too. The challenger will be fighting an up hill battle for sure. But Will will be looking to defy the numbers on March 30th, and look to capture his first World Championship, as well as be known as the first man to hold all major WRPL Championships!


-- Our prediction: The points, records, and past shows have shown us that Chris is no joke when it comes to WWE Pay-Per-Views. So when it comes down to everything we predict that Chris will walk away from WRPL Wrestlemania I still the World Champion.

- The final 3 competitors have been added to the Money in the Bank Ladder Match! Vince McMahon, the former World Champion! BigMouth, a man on a mission! And destructor, a man that is looking to make a mark on the WRPL! These three competitors are the final ingredients to a recipe for destruction! Come March 30th someone will be crowned Mr. Money in the Bank and will have a World Title Shot ANY TIME THEY PLEASE!

- WRPL Lockdown will kick off the first round of the WRPL's first official X Cup Tournament!!! Here is how the X Cup Tournament will work and opporate, if anyone drops from a team they will be replaced.... The X Cup Tournament will last 3 Rounds, each round will take place at different TNA PPV's, so a total of 4 TNA PPV's. Here are the teams....

RESULTS:
The Team with the most total points will be crowned the first ever X Cup Champions. If, for some reason, there is a tie we will go into a sudden death match at the 4th PPV between the two tied teams. It will be one last 3v3 match to determine the winners.

- Super_Nova made a return to the WRPL to take on the newcomer, Macho Trashyman. Things got ugly quick for the rookie as he missed match after match and finished with the lowest total in WRPL history, -22. Super_Nova moved to 3-0 easily with this 24 to -22 win over Macho Trashyman.

- Another newcomer debuted at Destination X, Styles Clash, who is also the 3rd member of Team England in the X Cup Tournament. He showed huge potential by toppling Coach G by a large victory of 26 to 8! Styles Clash made his presence felt by scoring the second highest point total of the entire show!

- The current number one contender to the WRPL Internet Championship squared off against the French Phenom, destructor! Rico continued his strong run by taking the victory in this one with a score of 24 to 16!

- Chris2038win came into Destination X with a current losing streak of 8 matches! Chris looked to finally rebound and get a victory by going up against WrestlingExpert. And luckily Chris did just that! Chris rallied up to score a total of 22 points! WrestlingExpert for forced to take his 3rd TNA PPV loss in the process.

- Since Will no-showed and was stripped of his Internet Championship the match between Ben Kerin and wyldflamez was turned into a number one contenders match! The winner would go on to face Rico at WRPL Wrestlemania I. wyldflamez fell pretty short when she only totaled 4 points! So naturally the red hot Ben Kerin took advantage of the situation and scored 22 points giving him the win and the match against Rico at WRPL Wrestlemania I.

- Prediction Infliction were set to defend their WRPL Tag Team Championships against misterCraig & EvanCrowley in a rematch from the PPV before. In their first match the titles were not on the line and Prediction Infliction got a 2 point victory over misterCraig & EvanCrowley with a score of 42 to 40. With the titles on the line the both teams stepped it up and the same exact score was the result! 42 to 40, but this time misterCraig & EvanCrowley scored 42 and edged out a two point victory over the Champs! So EvanCrowley scored his first Tag Team Title as misterCraig captured his 2nd!

- There MUST BE A WINNER! In the main event of the evening Vince McMahon was pitted against Chris to defend his World Championship. At No Way Out Vince defended his title when their singles match went to a draw because both men got every single prediction correct! In this match their must be a winner and there was, only four points separated these two as Chris defeated Vince McMahon to capture his 3rd WRPL World Championship! So Chris will be walking into WRPL Wrestlemania I with the World Title and he will be facing his partner, Will! This may be the match of the year shaping up, what better show than Wrestlemania I to host this match!

- In a shocking turn of events Will, the current Internet Champion no-showed WRPL Destination X thus forcing WRPL management to strip him of his Championship just as Chris2038win was several months back. We are sad to take the title away from such a strong competitor but hopefully he will get a shot in the near future to redeem himself and once again capture the gold that he never lost.

- WRPL management also had a talk about this issue of champions no showing events when their title is scheduled to be on the line. So a new rule is now into effect immediately! If you no-show an event where you are supposed to defend your title your match will be dropped from the card and the champion WILL REMAIN CHAMPION. But in the champions next title defense he is automatically docked 10 points from his total making it a huge disadvantage.

- We felt that it was wrong to strip a title away and this will be the last time for a no-show. The champion will just have to start his or her next match at -10.

- A new WRPL Internet Champion will be crowned at WRPL Wrestlemania I! Ben Kerin defeated wyldflamez at Destination X to earn himself the spot to face the Elimination Chamber winner, Rico at Wrestlemania I. So it will be Rico Vs. Ben Kerin to crown a new WRPL Internet Champion!
