- WRPL Night of Champions proved to be a truly epic night and hosted the opening round to the King of the Ring Tournament! With 8 competitors all having their eyes on the crown we expected great things.

- Rico edged out IhasAshuvel in round one. IhasAshuvel has been silently making his way through the ranks and could have used this opportunity as a launching pad but one of the WRPL's top superstars was too much for him. Rico has been on a hot streak and continued his UNDEFEATED ways for WWE shows.

- On that same side of the bracket 2-time WRPL World Champion took on the now 5-time WRPL Tag Team Champion, Bombstriker. Bombstriker did shock the world by toppling the tough Will! Will was left beaten and bruised as Bombstriker advanced to the semi-finals.

- Across the brackets two stable mates, wyldflamez & EvanCrowley, faced off in what was expected to be an easy win for Evan. But yet another shock took place when wyldflamez whipped the former WRPL World Champion! wyldflamez advances and could quite possibly change the entire tournament name and force all eyes upon her! wyldflamez aims to be the Queen of the Ring and nothing will stop her.

- Then in the final match, Big Show had an unexpected no-show so a replacement was called upon and misterCraig stepped up in his place. misterCraig wasn't only getting a huge second chance but he was also getting a great opportunity to take on the current World Champion in a non-title match. misterCraig capitalized on this huge chance and advanced in a the tournament and scored a huge win over the current World Champion.

- The Cameltoes have made a blockbuster announcement with the addition of their new stable, DAMAGE INC. Macho Trashy and TheRickDaddy recruited one on the WRPL's top rising stars in Super_Nova and they brought another newcomer to the table, DieHard!

- Super_Nova is without a doubt destined for great things in the WRPL, he had the longest going undefeated streak in the WRPL until it was snapped by Bombstriker in April. Super_Nova has shown some great promise and adds some great picks to this stable without a doubt.

- DieHard is another question mark in the WRPL, he looks to have a lot of heart and determination to get the job done. Could he be the ace in the hole for this 4 man stable? Only time will tell.

- With 4 men carrying the name, Damage Inc. is the largest stable in the WRPL so far, will they prompt the uVc or p.W.o to dig deep in search for another new member to match them? Who knows, all we know is Damage Inc. is looking to make a strong statement here in the WRPL, the entire roster is on notice.

- Apparently trouble backstage broke out after WRPL House Show between former WRPL Tag Team Champions. Chris was said to be upset over Will's lack of performance lately, a shoving match between the two ensued and was broken up by WRPL officials on hand.

- Chris announced that effective immediately the team of Chris & Will is over and done with!!! The WRPL was shocked by this announcement but according to what happened it was clearly the right decision.

- Then suddenly Styles Clash, the 3rd member of Team England attacked Will from behind!!! Chris and Styles Clash proceeded to deliver blow after blow to the former 2-Time Champion who couldn't fend the two off! Styles Clash then handed Chris a shirt that he put on and read "Team Skull F@ck"!

- So all of a sudden we seen the demise of Chris & Will and the birth of a new Tag Team, Team Skull F@ck!!!

- The Cameltoes have booted the newest member of their stable in search for some worthy partners! Apparently Seminole was a one show deal and that is not what The Cameltoes were looking for. So for they next week TheRickDaddy and Macho Trashyman will be searching the entire WRPL locker room for some reliable partners to make a run at the top dogs in the WRPL.

He has snagged the Tag Titles on two separate occasions with his stablemates EvanCrowley, and wyldflamez. misterCraig also went on to become the first ever WRPL Ultraviolent Champion by winning the first ever WRPL Best of the Best Tournament! With these elements sitting on misterCraig's shoulders why not create one of the most dominate forces in the WRPL? Why not test competition and make a run at history? -- wyldflamez, the only female in the WRPL! She steps into the ring each show and is labeled the underdog, but she has found a way to silence the non-believers. She is a World Championship away from capturing all the major gold in the WRPL for crying out loud! You people need to start taking this girl serious because she has pulled out numerous upsets, so don't ever count her out! wyldflamez can certainly throw a monkey wrench into any plan you may have if you look past her, so boys, watch this one..... she is without a doubt a wyld one!

- After three intense rounds lasting 3 grueling months the results are in and we have crowned our first ever X Cup Champions! The huge congrats goes out to The Prediction World Order (misterCraig, EvanCrowley, & wyldflamez). These three stuck together and never gave up! Each win was the key to their victory and all three earned the X Cup Tournament Trophy!

- One of the most important #1 contender tag matches is WRPL history will be taking place at Night of Champions! We will be having 3 elite teams stepping into the WRPL ring to battle it out, only one team will emerge the #1 contenders to the WRPL Tag Team Championships!

- First off we have the newly formed powerhouse team of Chris and Styles Clash known collectively as Team Skull F@ck! Styles Clash is on the rise and Chris has already established himself as a top dog in the WRPL. These two are 1-0 together so far but will they have what it takes when it comes to getting a shot at one of the richest prizes around?

- Next we have Blood, Sweat, & Beers! Big Show & IhasAshuvel both have qualified for the King of the Ring Tournament and will be taking part in two matches this show! Will their picks work together in their favor? Can't they both advance in the King of the Ring Tournament AND be crowned the #1 contenders towards the Tag Titles? This could be one epic night for this up and coming tag team!

- Then we have the team with the most experience, the Kings of the Boxes! These two started off strong and even defeated the former Tag Team Champions misterCraig & EvanCrowley at a house show. They got their shot at the titles once before against Prediction Infliction but fell far from their goal. tmgking & Bonus Box are on a mission for redemption and glory, will Night of Champions be their first step in the right direction?

- One thing is for sure, someone is coming away with a huge victory on their shoulders and just could be enough momentum to swipe the titles away from the champions! It all goes down at Night of Champions on June 29th, 2008!
