- No longer are the Ultra-Violent Corporation the only stable present in the WRPL! A new group of superstars have formed from clearly out in their own world. The Cameltoes have arrived to the WRPL. What started out as a tag team between TheRickDaddy and Macho Trashy, these two brought in another unknown to the roster, Seminole.

- We are not sure about the game plan these guys bring to the table but you can bet that whatever these three do, won't soon be forgotten!

- To open the show up we had the WRPL veteran wyldflamez who has been slumping with a 4 match losing streak take of the WRPL Rookie destructor who has yet to win a match! Something had to give and it certainly did as the veteran showed her true colors and pulled out a much needed win over her adversary! wyldflamez won with a total score of 26 to 12! She also scored the most points out of anyone this entire show! She has something to prove.

- Up next was a triple threat match that was literally thrown together due to no-shows and new comers to the WRPL. Styles Clash stood in as the only man with WRPL experience to take on newcomer Magnificent Jay Bishop and Seminole. Styles Clash showed these two that the WRPL certainly is no joke by dominating the match with victory score of 22 points. Magnificent Jay Bishop finished with 10 and Seminole with 8.

- Big Show was looking to keep the ball rolling in his favor by taking down a man that he has already defeated once, IhasAshuvel. But Shuvel shocked the Big Show by picking up his first WRPL victory and knocking the Big Show down to 1-1! IhasAshuvel won the match 22 to 14.

- A man on a mission, Thomas Phoenixx Brewington, took on Rabbethan in a singles match next. Rab was looking to pick up his first victory but Brewington just would not allow it, Brewington tallied up 16 points to Rab's mere 4 points to get the victory!

- Next was the first of three King of the Ring Qualifying Matches! Bombstriker was looking to advance and make the tournament but he was also looking to snap the 4-0 undefeated record of Super_Nova! Super_Nova has definitely been impressive lately but today he met his match! For the 3rd match in a row someone only totaled 4 points, this time it was the undefeated Super_Nova! Bombstriker was able to accomplish just what he was set out to do by beating Super_Nova with a score of 18 to 4. Bombstriker makes the King of the Ring Tournament!

- Due to one of the Cameltoe members no-showing TheRickDaddy took on Ben Kerin in a one on one match! Perhaps TheRickDaddy needed some backup because Ben Kerin wiped the floor with RickDaddy. Ben totalled 20 points while Rick could only muster up 4. This match between Ben Kering & BigMouth Vs. The Cameltoes will indeed happen but when is the question!

- The second King of the Ring Qualifying Match was up next, the WRPL Rookie Coach G took on former WRPL World Champion, EvanCrowley. No one even gave Coach G a chance in this one and that seemed to be exactly what happened.... he had no chance. This was the classic, Champ vs. unexperienced rookie because Evan took the match 22 points to 12! Coach G is still in the shadows and is getting better by the day, maybe one day his time will come.

- The last King of the Ring Qualifying Match was up next as misterCraig took on Will! This match has main event written all over it! You throw in a title and these guys would have been headlining, two of the best in the WRPL locked it up right here to earn a shot into the KotR Tournament. It turned out being more of a blow out than we expected but Will scored a dominant victory over misterCraig with a total of 24 to 10. Will has been added to the brackets and gets his chance to become the King of the WRPL. One day these two will meet again you can count on that.

- The WRPL Tag Team Championships were on the line next as the number one contenders, Kings of the Boxes (tmgking & Bonus Box), took on the dominant Prediction Infliction. We aren't sure what quite happened here but the Kings of the Boxes surely didn't bring their A game as they were completely destroyed to say the least. PI scored 36 points as Kings of the Boxes hit the negatives by finishing with -24 points. So PI walked away with a 56 point point difference victory at the end of this one. Needless to say, they still are the Tag Team Champions.

- In a rematch from WRPL Lockdown Rico was set to defend the WRPL Internet Championship against BigMouth who he battled to a no contest with at Lockdown. At first this match looked to be no different, both men were on top of their game and once again both men scored in the 20's but Rico won it all right at the end. Rico had a total of 22 points to BigMouth's 20 points. A close 2 point victory for Rico, this match lived up the the hype and both men didn't fail to deliver but Rico still leaves WRPL Backlash WRPL Internet Champion.

- Now for the main event of the evening. Arguably the biggest main event in WRPL history. Three of the top names battling it out for the World Championship! Vince McMahon (Champion), Will, and Chris. Each man knows exactly what it takes to win the gold so this match obviously was up for grabs! But judging on past history and stats Chris was without a doubt the favorite to win the World Title for an unbelievable 4th time! The thing that made this match even that much better was that it all came down to the last match on the actual Backlash card. If HHH won, Will won. If Orton won, Vince & Chris would have tied meaning Vince would remain champion. So with everyone on the edge of their seat the match ended in a highly dramatic fashion and HHH got the victory as did Will!!! With the WRPL left in shock and awe Will became a two-time WRPL Champion! These three belong in the main event for obvious reasons and this whole feud between these three has been taking place since the beginning of the year and it has been awesome so far. The new chapter has been written and your new WRPL World Champion, Will!!!

- The WRPL has only one stable and that is the tightly wound trio of Bombstriker, Rico, and Vince McMahon. Collectively they are known as the Ultra-Violent Corporation. After forming in January 2008 these three currently hold all of the major WRPL Championships. Vince McMahon, the WRPL World Champion..... Rico, the WRPL Internet Champion..... and Prediction Infliction (Bombstriker & Vince), the WRPL Tag Team Champions. And look at Rico, he has the only spot secured in the King of the Ring Tournament after winning the Elimination Chamber back in February.

- So far April seems to be the best month for this group but it isn't over just yet. All of their titles will be contested at WRPL Backlash which takes place at the end of the month. With Vince McMahon wrapped up in one of the biggest Main Events to date, defending his title against both Chris and Will, will Vince dig down deep and pull out the victory?

- Or what about Rico who will be facing BigMouth who battled him to a no contest at WRPL Lockdown earlier this month? Can Rico finally put BigMouth down or will he be the one to spoil the Corporations reign of dominance?

- Then the wild cards could come into effect, the newly formed team of tmgking & Bonus Box. These two have defeated former Tag Champions in a house show, can they pull out the ultimate upset and pry the titles from Prediction Infliction's hands?

- One this is for sure, April 2008 has had uVc wrote all over it, the only question is, can someone stop them as we head into May which is poised to be one of the biggest months of the year?

- Qualifying matches for the WRPL's biggest tournament of the year will begin at WRPL Backlash.

- First off misterCraig will be taking on the former WRPL World Champion Will! Then another former World Champion, EvanCrowley will be taking on Coach G who hasn't had the success he would have liked yet but this could be his big break! Both of these qualifying matches should be huge addition to the King of the Ring Tournament.

- The last two matches for the King of the Ring Qualifying Matches has been announced for this show. NOTE! There will be three more matches taking place so don't worry if you don't see your name yet! The matches added have been BigMouth Vs. Thomas Phoenixx Brewington. BigMouth has always been looking to finally make his mark on the WRPL, securing a spot in the King of the Ring tournament could be his first step on the path! And as for Brewington, he seems primed for a good run here in the WRPL, he also could jump start his career by landing a spot in the KotR Tourny with a win.

- Then we have Super_Nova Vs. Bombstiker! If Super_Nova can pull off a victory at Lockdown against Kenny Klynes then he will be walking into this match still undefeated! Bombstriker hasn't had the most successful singles career that he would like but being crowned the King of the Ring certainly should help. And don't forget about that Money in the Bank briefcase that Bombstriker holds, he could cash it in at anytime and anywhere he choses! These are two matches that should raise some eyebrows going into WRPL Backlash, there are still more normal matches still to be scheduled so stay tuned!!!

- The show right after the WRPL's biggest show of the year forces much pressure on the superstars. You can either rebound after a humiliating loss, continue a strong run, or continue the rut they may be in!

- In the opening match at WRPL Lockdown we witnessed the debut of the Big Show, he walked in against IhasAshuvel and destructor and he forced both men to continue their stay here in the WRPL winless! Big Show did come of very successful in his debut by taking the victory with a score of 26 to Shuvel's 20, and destructor's 12.

- A number one contenders match for the WRPL Tag Team Titles Match followed next as the newly formed team of TheRickDaddy & Macho Trashy, known as the Cameltoes took on another new tag team of tmgking & Bonus Box who had one tag victory over the current champs misterCraig & EvanCrowley at a WRPL house show. This match proved to be very close in the end and saw tmgking & Bonus Box continue the little streak they have going by picking up the win with a score of 34 to 32 over The Cameltoes. So at Backlash tmgking & Bonus Box will receive a WRPL Tag Team Championship Match!

- Up next was a singles match between two struggling WRPL competitors, wyldflamez and Coach G. Both have struggled to get a win in quite some time but tonight there must be a winner and we sure got one! Coach G got a solid victory over the WRPL veteran wyldflamez with a total score of 14 to 2! Maybe this will spring him into action and lets hope wyldflamez will pick it up soon!

- A winning streak was on the line in the next match, Super_Nova came into the match 3-0 and was pitted against a man who has yet to pick up a win in the WRPL, BAM SOMEONE CALL 911! BAM suffered some key losses and scored him the lowest score of the entire card giving Super_Nova another win moving him up to 4-0 in the books! The final tally was 26 to -12.

- Then we saw Styles Clash clash against the Rookie Showcase winner at WRPL Wrestlemania I, Thomas Phoenixx Brewington. With Brewington wanting to prove that it wasn't a fluke at he scored the highest total at Wrestlemania he came in with high hopes. Unfortunately for him tonight was Styles Clash's night to have the highest point total! Styles Clash cashed in on 34 points to Brewington's 16! Now that Styles Clash has opened Brewington's eyes that the WRPL isn't a walk in the park, maybe this rookie and turn things back around right quick and in a hurry!

- The first Round One match for the WRPL X Cup was up next and 2 points were on the line. From the team of the BK Cruizers Ben Kerin and his tag partner BigMouth teamed up to take on Team England members of Chris & Will, former WRPL Tag Team Champions. The BK Cruizers were out to prove a point and they sure did by nearly doubling the former Tag Team Champions score 40 to 26! So the BK Cruizers were awarded 2 points towards their X Cup total. And with 1 bonus point on the line for the X Cup Member to score the highest point total in each round BigMouth AND Chris scored that extra point for their teams with an individual score of 24 points! So the BK Cruizers walked away with 3 total points and Team England didn't walk away empty handed, they have 1 point to their total.

- Then the second Round One match in the WRPL X Cup took place, and to raise the stakes even higher the WRPL Tag Team Championships were on the line! misterCraig & EvanCrowley, the Tag Champs, stood in for Team misterCraig to take on Prediction Infliction who were representing the Ultra-Violent Corporation. Prediction Infliction had almost a flawless night as they tallied up 44 points between them to misterCraig & EvanCrowley's 14 points! The Ultra-Violent Corporation were awarded the 2 points for winning their first round match and also Prediction Infliction walked away the NEW WRPL Tag Team Champions. This marks the second time Prediction Infliction (Bombstriker & Vince McMahon) won the gold.

- Up next the WRPL Internet Championship was on the line as Rico was pitted to defend his title against number one contender, BigMouth. Most people thought this match would be a push over for the current champion and he would wipe the floor with the challenger but that was not the case! BigMouth didn't quite silence the critics but he did hush them down a bit by battling to a no contest with Rico. Both men had a final score of 24 points so Rico still left the show with the championship but without a victory. It was announced shortly after this draw that BigMouth will be receiving a rematch for the Championship at WRPL Backlash! Who knows what will happen then!?!

- In the main event for the evening the new WRPL World Champion Will was set to defend his title against the match who had yet to get put his rematch clause into effect, Vince McMahon! Vince and Will locked it up and the defending champion seemed to be shut down by the challenger. Will struggled with his picks and only mustered up a total of 2 points while the challenger was primed for a big night as he raked in 22 total points. Meaning that at WRPL Lockdown we have crowned a NEW WRPL World Champion, Vince McMahon, who has now become a two-time WRPL World Champion. A crazy way to kick off a crazy night of chaos! Two Titles changed hands and now the Ultra-Violent Corporation has all the gold, who will be able to stop them from taking over the WRPL more than they already have?

- After round one at WRPL Lockdown we have the BK Cruizers jumping out in front with a 1 point lead over the Ultra-Violent Corporation. Team England earned one point and Team misterCraig is still looking to get on the board. At WRPL Sacrifice in May each member will be competing in singles matches for 3 points a match!

- The WRPL King of the Ring will begin in June! Qualifying matches for the KotR are going to be getting started at Backlash! This tournament is the most prestigious tournament that the WRPL holds and it is only once a year! Only eight men will take part, the only man who has locked his spot into the tournament is Rico who won the Elimination Chamber at WRPL No Way Out. So seven spots remain, this summer the WRPL will crown its King! And as everyone knows, to the king goes the spoils.... what will the winner receive? How about anything they desire! It is going to be a memorable tournament for everyone, but only one person will be labeled the true King!
