[2008 Royal Rumble] -- The WRPL's first Royal Rumble featured 12 superstars all trying to get that WRPL World Title Match at WRPL Wrestlemania. Will was victorious and would go on later that year to face Chris for the World Title in a one on one match. Will was victorious and won his very first WRPL World Title.

[2008 Money in the Bank] -- The WRPL's first Money in the Bank Match took place at WRPL Wrestlemania I and featured 6 competitors all aiming to pull down that briefcase and be called Mr. Money in the Bank. On that faithful night Bombstriker was the man that captured the prize hanging above the ring, no one had 5 consecutive picks correct but when it was all said and done Bombstriker emerged with the highest point total. Bombstriker won the chance to get a WRPL World Title shot when ever he pleased.

[2008 King of the Ring] -- In the most prestigious tournament of the year, WRPL's King of the Ring hosted several qualifying matches to determine the 8 best competitors. After all 8 participants qualified the brackets were set and over 3 rounds of action we came out with our first ever WRPL King! The finals turned out to be more surprising than expected when Rico and Bombstriker battled to a no contest in the semi-finals so we had a rare Triple Threat Match for the tournament finals! Rico Vs. Bombstriker Vs. misterCraig. When it was all said and done Rico was crowned the KING with his (14~8~2) victory over Bomb and misterCraig!

[2008 X Cup Tournament] -- After three intense rounds lasting 3 grueling months the results are in and we have crowned our first ever X Cup Champions! The huge congrats goes out to The Prediction World Order (misterCraig, EvanCrowley, & wyldflamez). These three stuck together and never gave up! Each win was the key to their victory and all three earned the X Cup Tournament Trophy!

[2008 Elimination Chamber] -- In the WRPL's first Elimination Chamber we saw 6 of the most worthy competitors fighting to get a chance at the WRPL Internet Championship shot at WRPL Wrestlemania I and secure them a slot in the first ever King of the Ring Tournament. Outstandingly this match lived up to all its hype as two superstars finished the show with a perfect score! BUT! Since Rico entered the Elimination Chamber last he had one more point that Coach G who entered right before him! So Rico edged it out by one point earning him a Internet Title Match at WRPL Wrestlemania I and he secured his spot in the King of the Ring Tournament!

[2007 Survivor Series Match] -- The first ever Survivor Series Match pitted ten of the top WRPL superstars in a 5 on 5 match! Ben Kerin led his team in against Vince McMahon's team and they took a commanding lead by eliminating Vince, and Bonus Box right off the bat, later Bombstriker, and EvanCrowley felt the same fate until Team Kerin emerged as the victors and only lost two superstars, Ben and wyldflamez.

[2008 Best of the Best Tournament] -- For three months the WRPL has been running the Best of the Best I Tournament to find out who would be crowned the very first WRPL Ultraviolent Champion. After all the qualifying matches and first round matches it all came down to the final round at WRPL's Best of the Best show. misterCraig versus the undefeated arumdrei! arumdrei seemed to be unbeatable by knocking down opponent after opponent at the WRPL house shows but when misterCraig stepped into the ring with gold on the line he dug down deep to pull his predictions out! misterCraig shocked the WRPL by toppling the undefeated WRPL House Show giant and became the first WRPL Best of the Best Winner! And the first WRPL Ultraviolent Champion! With a score of 13~7 he proved that arumdrei could be taken down.
